Do you have any other models arriving in stock?

Are these vehicles serviced prior to purchase?
All our vehicles will have a Ford scheduled service, safety check and full valet prior to you taking the vehicle.

Is the history of the vehicle checked?
The providence of the vehicle is checked using HPI (www.hpi.co.uk).  A certificate is enclosed with the vehicle documentation for your record.

Is the vehicle provided with a warranty?
All our vehicles are provided with a minimum one year warranty, however in most cases the balance of manufactures warranty will apply normally between 18-20 months.

How do I order a vehicle?
Simple talk to one of our sales advisors who will process your order and send out a confirmation letter and order form.  We will require a £200 deposit to secure the order and remove the vehicle from sale.  If you have any questions about the vehicle, or require further information please do not hesitate to ask.

How does it work with my part exchange?
We are able to ensure you a very competitive part exchange valuation through our network of established buyers.  Initially we will confirm your vehicle details over the phone and provide you with a valuation.  On placing an order, we will send you a detailed self appraisal form where we invite you to spend some time checking the condition of your vehicle to ensure your description is accurate.  The valuation for your vehicle is then deducted from the purchase price of the new vehicle, taking any existing finance into account which for convenience we can settle on your behalf.

What payment terms do you accept?
We can accept bankers draft/building society cheque on delivery of the vehicle to you.  Debit cards can be accepted a minimum of 72 hours before delivery.   You may also transfer the funds direct to our bank account or present a personal cheque (in both cases 5 workings days clearance required).  We also accept cash, subect to complying with the maximum limits as determined by statutory regulation - please contact us for details.

Can you provide finance for the vehicle?
As a Ford dealer, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).  We are able to offer you tailored finance packages to suit your needs, considering your future plans for how frequently you would like to change your vehicle. In many cases we can finance up to 100% pf the vehicle price. On proposing the finance direct with us, we can arrange collection at one of our associate dealers close to your location to complete the paperwork. Finance subject to status, terms and condition.  Guaranteed/Indemnities may be required.

What fuel is provided in the vehicle?
The vehicle will be provided with quarter tank of fuel, unless otherwise agreed.

How long will my vehicle take to arrive?
Most vehicles take between 7-10 days to be delivered but we will keep you advised throughout the progress of your order.

What guarantees are offered on the condition of the vehicle?
You are protected by our condition guarantee that the vehicle will be delivered to you as described.  The vehicle ownership will not be transferred into your name unless you are completely satisfied.  If the vehicle is not delivered in the promised condition you have the option to cancel with a full refund (Terms and conditions apply).  Therefore, to confirm the transaction is completed on a face to face basis with a associate of our company.
